I walk down the library looking for some jutsu scrolls, so I can learn new jutsu.

OOC: This is how jutsu scrolls work. They are activated by chakra, and they tell you how much chakra you have, and then it will show the list of jutsu that you can learn.

I find the scroll I'm looking for, and I open it. It says that I can learn all elements because of the Kyuubi, but I'm stronger in wind than in the others. I can also learn up to Jounin level jutsu.
